MonzaRoom is a full-stack marketplace for short-stay rooms, with MonzaRide as the ride-hailing layer. Next.js, React, Supabase, Stripe and Stripe Connect, and Leaflet maps. Guests search and book. Hosts manage listings. Drivers accept rides and get paid.
The work included payments and checkout, routing, and launch hardening so the product could take real bookings. An admin dashboard covers users, drivers, rides, and payouts. Live site: monzaroom.com.
