A talking avatar with live lip sync
Luna combines ElevenLabs conversational AI with an animated avatar and natural lip sync. A custom Node server and Socket.IO keep audio and visemes in time. The client is Next.js and React.
The work is the loop users feel: speak or type, hear a reply, watch the avatar. That is a product surface, not a slideshow of a model API.
