Modrekk is a multi-tenant SaaS for teams that watch production. Operators define monitors and alert rules. Breaches open deduplicated incidents routed to on-call. Responders acknowledge, escalate, and resolve while customers see public status pages.
The API is NestJS 11 with PostgreSQL RLS and TimescaleDB metrics. Regional uptime bots are Go. The tenant UI is Next.js with Socket.io for live updates. The work is the whole loop: detect, page, talk, close, publish.
